Select your project on OpenCoesione portal. Remember that you have to choose a project funded by european resources (FESR or FSE).
In this section you have to indicate:
- Chosen project name on OpenCoesione
- Link to chosen project on OpenCoesione
- Chosen project’s code - Single Project Code that you will find on the project schedule (CUP)
- Chosen project’s theme
- Nature of the investment of the chosen project

Researche Scheme - Report Lesson 1 - 25-26-EN
Attach the research scheme done in class during the data expedition and built as a guide for the civic monitoring research. If the Designer is available, develop a version of the canvas designed or created using a graphics development tool of your choice.
IMPORTANT: it is not mandatory to use the canvas, but you can choose from the models presented in the slides that you find in the step of the data expedition. Once completed, the file MUST BE SAVED IN PDF FORMAT and must be the size of an A4 page, landscape mode

Enter the link (URL) obtained by selecting the 'Embed' function, usually represented by the symbol '</>', found on the page of the dynamic/interactive infographic you created on the platform you chose (e.g., Infogram, Canva, Genially, etc.). After saving this output as a draft, check the visualization; if you need to make changes, return to your infographic, improve your work, and copy the new link here.
IMPORTANT: Some web platforms, such as Infogram, require authorization to make your work visible. For this reason, before copying the link into this field, please check if you need to set your dynamic infographic to "Public on the web" mode.

Civic monitoring report - Report Lesson 2 - 25-26-EN
Enter the title and the link (URL) of the Monitoring Report published on the Monithon platform (therefore, publication on Monithon must be completed before filling out the online Lesson 2 Report). Follow the instructions provided in Step 6!
In the 'Funding Source' field, select one of the available options regarding the funding of the monitored project. This information can be found in the project sheet on OpenCoesione: it is located in the 'Programming area' section and can also be identified by looking at the flags next to the CUP code.
In the field 'Consistency between the monitoring data on the OpenCoesione project sheet and the observed progress', you are required to provide a judgment, choosing from the proposed options, on the consistency between the monitoring progress status shown on the OC sheet and the actual progress of the project observed during your monitoring activities.

Enter the link (URL) to the civic monitoring video, created by following the instructions of Step 7 (no longer than 5 minutes).
The link has to be a video uploaded to YouTube (remember to set the video to be shared in public mode).

Final creative work - Report Lesson 3 - 25-26-EN
This is the space reserved for the creative work. You can upload files to other sharing platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Prezi etc. – remember to set video viewing to ‘public’ mode) and enter the link (URL) in the dedicated area. IMPORTANT: IF YOU CHOOSE VIDEO FORMAT, DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM DURATION OF 3 MINUTES
If the creative work is an editorial product, use a .pdf format
If the creative work is a podcast, insert the embed code or the URL in the dedicated field - IMPORTANT: IF YOU CHOOSE VIDEO FORMAT, DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM DURATION OF 10 MINUTES
Below you can see the different types of formats. You only need to choose one of these options.
In the field "Altro allegato significativo" you can attach another file (only PDF) created during the project that you consider to be particularly significant.
